Rehearsals are on Sunday’s at 10:30am in the Hall Conference Room each Sunday. We are a Trimester choir, meaning we split the liturgical year into three trimesters – Christmas Choir (from the Sunday after Labor Day to the last Sunday of January); Lent/Easter Choir (from 2nd Sunday in February to Sunday before Memorial Day); Summer Choir (from the Sunday after Memorial Day to the last Sunday in July). The choir takes the month of August and Labor Day weekend off.
The Contemporary Choir is a ministry and not a performance group. Our mission is to entice and encourage the congregation to utilize their voices in the very emotive form of prayer done in singing. Please come and share your talents in participating in this spiritually and emotionally fulfilling ministry.
